Primal Digital LLC (“Primal”) is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content found on the Primal platform. The platform acts as a hosting service and facilitator for user-generated content.

User Responsibility

All visual content uploaded to the Platform is the responsibility of the uploading user. By uploading visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256, each user certifies, represents, and warrants that:

• All persons depicted in the content are at least 18 years of age
• The user maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• The user is the producer of the content or has obtained all necessary consents and record-keeping documentation from the actual producer

Reporting Violations

If you believe any content on the Platform violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or depicts a minor, please contact us immediately at legal@primal.app. We will remove the content and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Age Verification

All users must be at least 18 years of age. We employ multiple verification methods including date of birth confirmation, photo verification, and optional government ID verification to ensure compliance.
