What is Primal?

Primal is a premium platform for kink-friendly dating, paid companionship services, cuddling, and a creator marketplace. We connect open-minded adults in a safe, verified environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.

Is Primal free to use?

Yes! Creating an account, browsing profiles, and taking the kink quiz is completely free. Premium features like unlimited messaging, marketplace selling, and offering paid services require a subscription.

How do I create an account?

Tap 'Join Free', enter your email and basic info, set up your profile with a bio and kink preferences, and you're in. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

Is my identity kept private?

Absolutely. We never share your personal information. Your profile is only visible to other verified members. Billing appears as 'PRML DIGITAL' on your statement.

Making Money

How do I make money on Primal?

There are multiple ways: sell items in the marketplace (panties, shoes, custom content), offer paid services (cuddling, companionship, video chat), receive virtual gifts and tips from admirers, and offer paid date experiences. You keep 85% of every transaction.

How do payouts work?

Earnings are deposited to your linked bank account weekly. Minimum payout threshold is $25. Processing takes 3-5 business days after the weekly cut-off.

Is paid cuddling legal?

Yes. Professional cuddling is a legal, platonic service throughout the United States. Several established platforms like Cuddlist and Cuddle Comfort have been operating legally for years. All cuddling services on Primal must be non-sexual and comply with our code of conduct.

What about paid dates and companionship?

Offering companionship services (dinner dates, event companion, coffee dates) is legal. Think of it like hiring a tour guide or a professional dinner companion. All services must comply with local laws and our Community Guidelines. No sexual services may be offered or solicited.

What's the platform fee?

We take 15% of marketplace sales and service bookings. This covers payment processing, fraud protection, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. You keep 85% of every dollar.

Dating & Matching

How does matching work?

When you swipe right (like) on someone and they swipe right on you, it's a match! You can then message each other. Our kink compatibility score helps you find people who share your interests and desires.

What's the kink compatibility score?

It's a percentage showing how well your kink preferences align with another member's. Based on shared interests, complementary roles (Dom/Sub pairing), and mutual desires. Higher scores = better chemistry potential.

Why is pricing different for men and women?

Our pricing model ensures a balanced, high-quality community. Lower rates for women and non-binary members encourage a healthy gender ratio that benefits everyone. All premium features are identical regardless of pricing tier.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.

Safety & Trust

How does verification work?

We offer three levels: Photo Verification (take a selfie matching a pose), Age Verification (date of birth confirmation), and ID Verification (government-issued ID check). Each level earns a badge on your profile and boosts your search visibility.

Are messages encrypted?

Yes. All messages, photos, and media shared in chat use end-to-end encryption. Not even Primal staff can read your private conversations.

How do I report someone?

Tap the three dots on any profile or in any chat, then select 'Report'. Choose the reason and our Trust & Safety team will review within 24 hours. Serious violations result in immediate account suspension.

What's your policy on sexual services?

Primal strictly prohibits the offering, solicitation, or facilitation of sexual services for money. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations result in permanent account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Marketplace

What can I sell?

Physical items (worn clothing, shoes, accessories), digital content (photos, videos, audio), custom orders, and personal services (cuddling, companionship, video chat). All items must comply with our Acceptable Content Policy.

How does shipping work?

Sellers handle their own shipping. We recommend discrete packaging with no identifying labels. Popular options: USPS Priority Mail in plain packaging, vacuum-sealed items in rigid mailers.

What if there's a dispute?

Our dispute resolution team handles buyer/seller conflicts. Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to raise an issue. We mediate fair outcomes for both parties. Refund decisions are made within 5 business days.

How are reviews handled?

Buyers can leave reviews after receiving their order. Reviews include a 1-5 star rating and optional comment. All reviews are anonymous. Sellers can respond publicly to reviews.
