Primal is built on consent, respect, and authenticity. Every interaction should be between willing, informed adults who treat each other with dignity.
Consent is Everything
All interactions on Primal must be consensual. This includes:
- Respecting boundaries set by other members at all times
- Accepting “no” gracefully — pressuring someone is never acceptable
- Getting explicit agreement before escalating any interaction
- Understanding that consent can be withdrawn at any time
Absolutely Prohibited
Sex trafficking or exploitation
Zero tolerance. Reported to law enforcement immediately.
Sexual services for money
Offering, soliciting, or facilitating prostitution in any form.
Minors
No users under 18. No content depicting minors. No exceptions.
Non-consensual content
Revenge porn, hidden recordings, or any content shared without all parties' consent.
Harassment and threats
Sustained unwanted contact, threats of violence, doxxing, or stalking.
Discrimination
Hate speech, slurs, or discriminating against anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or identity.
Scams and fraud
Fake profiles, catfishing, financial scams, or deceptive marketplace listings.
Illegal drugs
Selling, soliciting, or promoting controlled substances.
Marketplace Rules
- All items must be legal to sell in the United States
- Accurate descriptions and photos are required
- Ship within the timeframe you promise
- Respond to buyer messages within 48 hours
- Handle disputes professionally through our resolution system
- Do not list items that are illegal, stolen, or fraudulent
Service Provider Standards
If you offer services (cuddling, companionship, dates, video chat):
- All services must be legal in your jurisdiction
- No sexual services of any kind may be offered
- Honor your posted rates and availability
- Meet in public or verified safe spaces for in-person services
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Cancellation policies must be clearly stated on your profile
Enforcement
Violations result in:
- Warning: Minor first-time infractions
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor or moderate violations (7-30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Serious violations, trafficking, exploitation, or repeated moderate violations
- Law Enforcement Referral: Any suspected illegal activity
Reporting
To report a violation:
- Tap the three dots on any profile or message and select “Report”
- Email safety@primal.app for urgent concerns
- Call the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 if you suspect trafficking
